Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Gayle Vidal and I am the Courses Designer. I am a Licensed Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic-Programming and have invested 18 years of extensive research and hands on training in the fields of accelerated learning and peak performance psychology as well as other related disciplines.

During my formative research years, if I came across one young person I could not help and who I believed needed it - I would focus all my energies to find a way of getting through to them. And I would not stop until it was done!

The result is, I have created a unique and highly effective range of programmes and approaches that meet the needs of every child I have come across and I have worked with hundreds of the most challenging young people in various organisations and loved every moment.

My training is not theory driven. It is backed by psychological research and supported by results gained. It is stimulating enough to capture the imagination of even the most de-motivated young person. Yet it is practical, simple and easy to apply, equipping them with powerful insights and practical life tools that go that extra mile:
