From Zero to Hero - Anti-bullying programme Zero to Hero is a pilot programme that reverses the image of bullies and the young people they trouble. Using our unique 'changes from the inside, out' approach, and sound marketing techniques, bullies are helped to understand exactly why they bully others and are persuaded to change. Conversely young people who have been bullied are supported in healing the experience, re-building their levels of self worth and developing the skills that minimise the chances of bullying in the future. Participants create a school campaign that make it extremely embarrassing for pupils in school to engage in bullying behaviours. This will free up more of your staff's time, so they can get on with their work rather than dealing with these time consuming incidents and will also raise the whole morale of the young people.
